The Dedicated Resource Hiring encompasses three main stages:

Primary: Keeping your inputs in mind, in this stage the viability of the resource hiring is evaluated and the best fit is arranged for you.
Exposition: After evaluation, we shall work to transform your mind’s eye into reality. We shall train the appropriate resources on your company’s policies and modus operandi; clarifying about the expectations that you have from them and giving them complete informations about the reporting structure mutually decided by both parties. We shall be responsible for implementing the proposals, contracts/agreements; settling the terms regarding professional fees and the payment mode.
Implementation: The resource(s) shall be assigned to you after they pass through proper evaluation and the needful communication is handed over to the project managers at both ends, obviously, everything is done under supervision of the management. If we fail to deliver 20 days and 180 hours of work in a given month, then the bill will be proportionately reduced but anything in access will not be charged to you, but no restriction for you to charge your client.
If they continue to do a good job for your organization and keep you happy as an employer, we will offer them a performance gift, apart from regular appraisal to keep them motivated towards your organization and minimize attrition.
