Termination due to dissatisfaction with the quality of our service
You are free to opt for an immediate replacement or cancellation of the contract within the first 30 days and we will repay you the unutilized portion of your fees i.e. if you have made the payment for the entire month and wish to end the contract after 7 days you will get back 75% of the fees that you have paid.
Termination due to the delay in the initiation of the project
After you make the preliminary payment, required resources will be allocated for the project within one week. Please note that the pre-mentioned one week of lead-time is required to make needful preparations for your project, you will not be charge during this period. The fees will be charged from the actual date of allocation of the resources.
If we fail to commence the project within one week of getting the first installment for the Service Plan from you, we will notify you before that week ends and you will have the choice either to wait for the allotment to be made or terminate the contract and get back a full refund of the payment that you have made.
